At BaftX.com, we stand behind the curation and craftsmanship of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.
Policy Terms and Conditions Changes
baftx.com may periodically update its privacy and security policy or any other policy or terms and conditions contained herein and expressly reserves the right to do so. Any changes made will be posted here. By visiting our website you agree to accept any changes made to this policy. The baftx.com privacy and security policy only address the use and disclosure of information we collect from you on our website. We also reserve the right to cancel any order, at any time.
Payment
In-Stock Orders, Stock-Coming Orders, Dropship Orders:
- Payment in full is required at the time of sale.
Custom Orders & Special Orders:
- Rugs:

50% payment is required at the time of sale.

Full payment of the balance is required prior to delivery.

- Custom or Special Orders can only be canceled within 48 hours of the original sale. After 48 hours these are final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded or modified.
Delivery/Pickup:
We will strive to continue making room for more great pieces for your next remodel. Please help us in retrieving purchased items in a timely fashion so we can respect everyone’s needs and timelines. Please see below for specifics.
- The customer agrees to accept delivery/pickup of all merchandise within 14 days of availability.
- Please arrange for delivery or pick-up of your items within 14 days. Orders held over 14 days of availability will be processed as follows:
- In-Stock Orders:

Local Delivery (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) – will be canceled and refunded to merchandise card.

Long Distance Delivery (outside of Dubai, United Arab Emirates) – will be canceled and refunded to merchandise card minus the delivery fee and a 10% restocking fee.

- Dropship Orders:
-
will be canceled and refunded to merchandise card minus the delivery fee and a 10% restocking fee.

- Custom/Special Orders:

will be canceled and refunded minus a 50% cancellation fee.

- In-Stock Orders:
- Items purchased from the showroom floor must be picked up within 5 days. After 5 days the order will be canceled and refunded to merchandise card.
- baftx.com deliveries for rugs and carpets includes delivering the package into the home, but does not include unpacking the item(s), removing packaging from the home, or assembling or installing the item(s). Professional assembly and installation is highly recommended. The customer should inspect the item(s) prior to the delivery team leaving.
- baftx.com delivery team is not permitted to move rugs and carpets or other items currently in customers’ homes. To facilitate smooth delivery, please clear the space where rugs or carpets will be placed prior to delivery.
- The customer is required to pay additional delivery fees for orders that need to be walked up through the staircase. There is no charge for the first two flights. Any additional flights are $75/per flight, per item. The fees must be paid prior to delivery.
- An authorized person must be home during the delivery window to accept and inspect customer’s items and sign the delivery receipt.
- The customer is required to document any imperfections or damage to the product(s) or property upon delivery by notating any issues on the delivery receipt. baftx.com will not accept any claims for issues reported after delivery.
- The customer may reschedule a delivery date up to two times by giving baftx.com at least 48 hours prior notice; otherwise the customer will be charged an additional fee equal to the original delivery fee.
- If any of the following occur during the scheduled delivery day, the customer will be charged an additional delivery fee equal to that of the original fee: a) customer canceled delivery b) customer re-scheduled delivery c) customer did not accept delivery – other than rejecting a damaged item and notating it on the delivery receipt d) customer was not at home.
Returns/Exchanges
- We gladly accept returns and exchanges for products in original, unused, unaltered condition, and in original packaging
- Returns initiated within 7 days of pick up or delivery will be refunded to the original method of payment.* (*excluding cash purchases, which will be refunded by a corporate check mailed to the billing address within 2 weeks).
- Returns initiated between 8 to 14 days of receipt will be refunded for merchandise credit.
- Returns initiated after 15 days and over will not be accepted.
- The returned item will be subject to inspection upon arrival:

Returns of pieces in original, unused, and unaltered condition will be refunded to the original method of payment or credited towards an exchange.

Returns of pieces that do not meet this standard are not eligible for refund or exchange.

- Fees for delivery or return shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Exceptions:
- We do not accept returns or allow exchanges, nor do we offer refunds for the following products and services:

Final sale, custom orders, special orders, any modified products including cut-to-size, wall-to-wall carpet, padding, mattresses, mattress pads, foundations, sleeping pillows, comforters, open packages, fabric, monogrammed products, products damaged through normal wear and tear, gift cards, labor fees, installation fees, delivery fees, shipping fees.

- We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges without proof of purchase.
Warranty/Claims/Remedies
- baftx.com products are warranted for one full year from defects in materials and workmanship.
- At baftx.com discretion and upon inspection, we will repair, replace or make a price adjustment to correct a defect. Defects caused from normal wear and tear, exposure to the elements, unintended uses and/or improper care are exempt from coverage.
- Additional manufacturer’s warranty may apply.
- baftx.com and manufacturer’s warranties do not apply to Final Sale or merchandise sold in “as is” condition.
- If a customer or private service provider disassembles any items, including but not limited to separating upholstered items such as a rugs or carpets to fit narrow stairways or doorways, then all warranties on those items will be voided.
Other
- Estimated delivery dates for custom, special orders or orders out of stock, are calculated according to the latest information from our vendors. baftx.com is not responsible for supply chain delays in deliveries due to strikes, accidents, late shipments from the manufacturer or other causes beyond baftx.com control. Delayed custom and special orders remain final sale and are not subject to cancellation or refund.
